Your order shows the exact receive amount with the 0.5% service fee already applied, valid for 15 minutes. The network fee for sending the deposit is paid by your wallet.
Our stated customer policy is no KYC required by us. We handle fulfilment using exchange routes or our own wallets.
This service is for crypto-to-crypto swaps. Bank transfers, cash, and card purchases are not included.
