What we store
Submitted orders, receiving addresses, the receive amount, transaction references and status history are stored to process and support your exchange. A private tracking reference grants access to its order; keep it secure. The price feed receives only coin tickers, never wallet addresses. We never ask for recovery phrases or private keys.
What we do not collect
No account, name, identity document, selfie or proof of address is requested. We do not run third-party analytics or advertising trackers. Hosting providers may process access logs under their own policies.
Retention and requests
Order records are retained for processing, support and record-keeping of completed exchanges. Send privacy requests to privacy@veriswap.co with your order reference; never include wallet secrets.
