Quote and order flow
Before an order is created, the widget shows indicative Kraken market prices. When you start a swap, the order shows the exact receive amount with the 0.5% service fee applied, the deposit address and the amount to send. That receive amount is valid for 15 minutes. Deposits that arrive after expiry, or in a different amount, coin or network, are handled manually and may be delayed or repriced.
Service model
The service receives customer deposits and fulfils swaps through exchange routes or the operator’s own wallets. It is manually operated, and funds are controlled by the operator during processing. Status changes are verified by the operator and shown in the order’s activity log. Crypto transfers are final.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the receiving address you submit, for sending the correct coin, network and amount, and for complying with the laws that apply to you. The minimum order is $50 USD equivalent. Nothing here guarantees a particular market rate or processing time.
