Do not use an exchange deposit address unless the exchange accepts ETH on mainnet from third parties.
Fees at a realistic amount
Swapping 0.01 BTC worth about 1,000 USD: the standard service fee of 0.5% is 5 USD, or the promotional rate if one is shown. You set the Bitcoin network fee in your own wallet.
