Has the sending transaction been broadcast?
Check the sending wallet for the transaction ID and its status. A withdrawal request at a platform is not necessarily a broadcast blockchain transaction. If there is no transaction ID, ask the sending platform about the withdrawal rather than assuming the swap service has received the funds.
Is the deposit still confirming?
A broadcast transaction may still be waiting for inclusion or further confirmations. Compare its status with the requirements shown for the order. Network fees and congestion can affect confirmation time. Do not create a second deposit just because the first one is pending.
Has the order reached the processing stage?
Check that the deposited coin, network and amount match the order. Keep any quote expiry or deposit deadline available. If processing exceeds the window shown by the service, send the order reference, transaction ID, network and time sent to the official support channel.
Was the payout sent to the expected wallet?
Check the destination coin and address, then let the receiving wallet synchronize. An exchange processing delay and a wallet display delay are different problems. A visible order status alone does not prove that the receiving wallet has finished updating.
Keep your order details useful and private
Keep transaction references and a short description of any issue. Never disclose recovery phrases, private keys or passwords. Do not post your full order details publicly. Use your private tracking reference to find the saved order and its status history.
